Dreambox Power Supply Boost
This is method of increasing the power supply if needed for a hard drive etc. It could also be useful if you ever blow up your power supply and need to replace it.
So far I have been lucky and have not needed to do it.

The attachment for the power supply upgrade was lost when Satellitehelp joined with Techwatch. I have recently been asked if I still have the details and I have managed to find the file.
Unfortunately the attachment is too large to be included in the post and so I have added it as a download in the Private FTA section. The file "powersupply 2.doc" is located in the satellite>Dreambox>Tools section of downloads.
