Seriously, I don't think you'll see it until next spring/summer

If you could get one from Germany, I'd have one by now! That's where my 7000 came from. Much cheaper than buying from the UK (at the time, anyway)

Waiting for new products from Dream Multimedia is like waiting for a blue moon.

Hi all,

I can't help thinking that DMM have missed the boat and that they will regret all their stalling, if that is what you would call it, with the 8000 and 800.

With the release of the ABCOM IPBOX 9000HD now said to be out for sale, I am sure there will be quite a few who will go for it rather than waiting for the new dreambox receivers to make their entry, whenever that will be.

The support for the ABCOM box will be will be strides ahead of the 8000/800 and they will be playing catchup.

Just my few thoughts on the subject. I am sure that I will get a slating from some of you, but I have a thick skin and I think that good open debate is healthy.

Very best regards Wez
