HI have you seen the dates in this thread and very good first post. I know nothing about PCI cards. You do not tell us what the problem is, all you say is the dais is Ok and so is the cable, how do you know that? You need to say what the problem is and how it is manifesting itself to you.

I check them both on another device the problem is I have no signal at all
that happens one night when I was using skynet the download just stops and the signal gone

I have this problem. After loading its being showing a message and does not work at all. Though I am not sure whether it is problem of my PC or somewhere else. Waiting for your reply.

Satellites used for television signals are generally in either naturally highly elliptical above the earth’s equator.So can't i share any files through satellite? I tried sometimes but i was failed every time.
