Hotbird 7A has been testing at 9.8 degrees east for a while now, but the Lyngsat tracker (http://www.lyngsat.com/tracker/hb7a.html) currently has it at 9.95E.
Maybe it's starting its slide over to 13.0E ready for operational use?
