Default iPod video or Nano

Man I am finally thinking about getting an iPod.. but here's the dilemma..

I like the small size and sturdiness of the Nano, but for about the same pirce the iPod video holds so much more AND plays videos... dang it.. if they would just come out with a 10gb Nano, then I would get that..

I wouldn't get an iPod period, but if I had to, I'd get the video; in my opinion the size wouldn't matter because they're both pretty thin. And I'd think the Video would be sturdier, I've heard the nano is very delicate. But so are all iPods

I have big fingers, so I couldn't use the nano, but even if I could, I'd choose the videa, because it looks sleeker, holds more songs, and can play TV shows, movies, and music videos.

Nanos are easier to carry since they are smaller...

However, they also have a lot of problems. Make sure you do research before buying them...

Personally, if I could go back in time, I wouldn't buy Nano.

If you have on of those small Muvo MP3 players, the best thing you could do is keep the next purchase within the same small player style. What I mean is: have you thought about a 1GB iPod Shuffle, don't you think they're good? I mean, if you're going to use it in the gym, you wouldn't want something as big as the nano.

Btw, prices just dropped for the Shuffle a few days ago, the 512MB one costs $69 :P

On the other hand, having video playback is also cool... and it also depends on your budget. Anyway, think twice before buying it

Actually, let me give you another idea that just popped up:

If you want a top-notch iPod you should wait until Summer time...

Think Secret (a blog with plenty of apple rumors that came true) suggested yesterday that a new iPod is in the final stages:

It's a very hard descion.

The nano is very nice and small (maybe too small?). IPOD video holds tons more songs but I wouldn't think I need half the space. I would personally get the nano .
But I might loose it quite easily, as it is so small. So the ipod shuffle would be best for me. It's up to you which one you get - if you want to store videos on ure ipod and it makes a big deal then get the one that you can play it on. If you just want songs and a nicer looking one get the nano

It depends whether you would watch videos or not. Unless you are sat on a bus or somewhere you are not going to be watching every few minutes so the Nano would be more suitable for a 'music-only' person but I would actually go for the Ipod Video because a friend of mine has one and I'm jealous :shifty:, and you can pictures on them which is a good thing for me.

I think the Nano's are a bit too small for my liking anyway. Definately the Video for me.

Sounds alot like the Video would be a better deal for a little more money. And its new so its not going to be like, 'a nano.... cool...' its gona be like 'WOW, do you have any videos on that thing?'

In my opinion, get the video, i know alot of people that have one and they are great.

Or.... a psp =p.

Peace
