hi guys iv read that ard the german channel will show some games.if this is right the games thay show should be fta.

hi m8 with these showing i dont think i will worrie about hd tv.there are bound to be feeds knocking about to.lots will by a hd box for this,the good thing is we will find out whats good or bad with them.

Yeah, I'm sure you're right.

It won't stop me sulking about it though

TBH, I'm teetering on the edge of just going out and blowing a small fortune on HD, but I think in reality I'll just end up keeping the cash in my pocket until an obvious winner emerges from the early hardware wars.

Maybe I'll compromise and chuck some money at my PC to run the SS2 properly. Maybe even a DVB-S2 PCI card too.

Interesting what you mentioned about HD FEC support though. I'm a bit worried about that now. Nobody else seems to have picked up on it? :?

hi stick,Interesting what you mentioned about HD FEC support though.yes this catched my eye a good while back.i wonder what other things might be hidding that we are not told.there is chat about a converter for older tvs that we can watch hd on older sets.tm are said to be building one into there receivers,wether this is true or not im not 100%.i still feel we are to much in the dark to spend our dosh atm.
