Default Sky's HDTV installs started today.

The first lucky souls have been receiving their sparkly new hftv boxes from Sky this morning. From what Ive seen on other forum, its a complete lottery if you get you receiver today - there are numerous reports of Sky ringing up and cancelling the install due to lack of boxes. The Basingstoke & Andover areas seem to have had a number of cancelled bookings today.

I'll stick to 625 and continue happily watch everything via the rf cables like I have done for years.

My 2 year old telly doesnt have any hd inputs. It wont be replaced for at least 10 years assuming it doesnt actually fail. We only bought this one as the previous one went wonky just before Christmas (even then it soldiered on into the New Year with an increasingly distorted picture...)
