Virgin Radio 105.8 to launch on Sky

Virgin Radio is to launch it's London 105.8 opt-out feed on Sky.

In addition to Virgin Radio Classic Rock and Virgin Radio Extreme being additionally available at present on the labels "53571" and "53573" respectively, (with Virgin Radio Groove soon to appear on "53572"), another station labelled "53576" has also popped up this afternoon, carrying the same programme information as the regular Virgin Radio 1215 AM.

However, looking at the headers of this channel, it would appear that this one is in fact to be Virgin Radio 105.8, the London VHF service - identical to medium wave except for adverts and local travel bulletins. There had been local programmes on this channel when it first opened, but not sure if any opt-out programming is due in future.
