Default Anyone getting anything off the Badr birds at 26E?

With my new dish setup, I can now get round to this position for the first time, but looking at Lyngsat all the Ku band stuff is on one or other middle-eastern beam and I'm getting nout off either on my Triax 88.

Anyone else getting a sniff?

Try 11747H 27500 3/4 on Badr 3 They are as strong as anything on 26E in the uk. (However there have been reports recently that seem to indicate problems with Badr 3 recently. )

Line the dish up on 28E then nudge it back a fraction.

I've still not had any luck, so I don't think a 60cm dish is going to do it, but you never know depending on your exact location and weather conditions etc.

Certainly in the Scottish Bordersa 60cm is too small for 26E. An 80cm is just about adequate for fine weather reception.
