Default Confused Sky+ Digibox

Our Sky+ has started to go faulty. In gets confused with Live Rewind and whether to record or the picture freezes on Playback etc etc. We have tried the Engineer reset and the Box reset. Is this a Hard Drive problem that can be fixed by a Hard Drive upgrade or should I be purchasing a new box.

Mmm, difficult to tell isn't it?

Sounds like you've tried all the tricks we know. I think I'd be inclined to get a new box, although you could try a bigger disk and if it doesn't fix it, put it in a new box.

Maybe the Sky callout would actually be the cheapest option to get you going here?
