Default sky channels on pc

can you get sky channels on a pc such as sky one etc. using a satillite dish?
What pci card etc do I need.

You need one that has a cam slot for a dragon cam. All the cheap ones dont have the cam.

Or if your card has the expansion bus at the back, then you could slot one of these into the front of your PC.
