A replacement for Turksat 1b?
The 20 year-old Optus A3, a refugee from Australasia, has sneeked its way around the globe and plonked itself at 31.5E. It's currently carrying some SES test channels. http://www.flysat.com/optusa3.php It looks like it's in inclined orbit, and a huge 8 degrees at that. Have a play at different times of day and see if you can pick something up from it. There are reports that it's possible. STICK
