Eurosport has revealed plans to launch a pan-European high definition sports channel. Eurosport HD will initially launch in the key markets where HD packages are already on the air. These include the UK, Germany and France. Further countries will be added as their markets mature. Like the established standard definition channel, Eurosport HD will sit in the basic programme packages.
Discussions with platform operators are currently ongoing, and the channel will launch when the first of these have been concluded, possibly within three months. Meanwhile, Eurosport has launched a German version of Eurosport 2, which is being distributed on Unity Media’s ‘tividi’ platform.

How will you get Eurosport HD on a Dragon CAM?
I've already got a basic Sky subscription, so I'm just gnashing my teeth waiting for this. I'm hoping to use my Sky card in the Dragon on my Pace. Do you think that will work? Kev |
