There may be a Portugues holiday / lifestyle channel starting in Q2 2007. This from Wotsat:

A new satellite TV channel will be launched in the second quarter of 2007 for the international market from Faro in Portugal. Called Portugal Channel, the service's main goal will be to promote Portugal as a holiday and leisure destination, as well as a country with innovative companies. The programme schedule will be mostly made up of reports and documentaries promoting national tourism, with special emphasis on golf, art, design, wine and fashion. The new channel will be broadcast in English, free-to-air, via satellite throughout Europe, as well as globally on the Internet. Negotiations are currently underway for cable carriage and, possibly, carriage on Sky in the UK
