Hello all great site

Have aquired a Art card, re scanned my Technomate, but still cant see Art 5 or 6, now
I am no expert on all this, am I right in thinking that i should be able to get all these on Hotbird?
Any help would be great. Once again hello to all

Hi Denny. Welcome m8.

Yes, you should definitely be able to at least scan them. The last I heard a week or so back, folks were also clearing them even with the older ART Sport 1 - 4 cards.

The transponder details are the same as for the other ART Sports channels on Hotbird:

Frequency: 12015
Polarisation: H
Symbol Rate: 27500
FEC: 3/4

They used to be called World Cup 1 and 2 or something, so maybe they are still scanning with those names? :?

WC 1 & 2 disappeared as soon as the World Cup finished so no point looking for them!

Well, I've just performed a rescan of that transponder and picked up 5 & 6 with a good signal, so it's just a matter of configuration.

ART WORLDCUP 1 - ARABESQUE is now called ART SPORT 5 - ARABESQUE

ART WORLDCUP 2 - ARABESQUE is now called ART SPORT 6 - ARABESQUE

Pics attached. Try punching in the pids etc manually.

What's your rough location?

Sorry Stick trying to find my manual on my Technomate TM- 5500 CIP, cant find it anywhere as I have not done a manual change before dont want to cock things up. Oh I`m in Devon. oh thats cos you asked me, not cos where all thick here (just me)

You could try this:
