got a 1mt motorised dish been fitted on wednesday, lads who r doing it said get an art card for football, been on google no probs loads of cards, now then came across viaccess? do i need it? what r cams? do i need one of these if so which one? plz sumone explain cams and viaccess, can i just put card in and go? will i get free stuff, i know it sounds stupid but please explain the basics thanx

![]() You'll need to tell us: Exactly what hardware you're having installed, particularly on the receiver side (i.e. make/model/patch etc). Where you are (will affect dish size/reception). What you want to be able to watch other than the footy. Basically, yes, you will need something to enable your Viaccess ART card to function, but the options depend on what other kit you'll have available. STICK
