Thatcher gets 8 match ban
Just seen on Granada Reports sports that Ben Thatcher has been given an 8 match ban by the FA. City had already given him a 6 match ban with 2 of those games suspended so he will be out of action until the end of October. It was also stated on the same program that the FA have said if he does anything similar in the future he will get an automatic 15 game ban.

Good. A stiff punishment, and then let the guy move on with his career. If he ever did anything like that again, he should get a lifetime ban.
