Default Problems when changing bouquets

Heres a good one for you experts. Ive now got assorted bouquets (Favourites for those without DB's) setup. FTA Astra 1 / Hotbird / Sirius for each of 3 of my dishes (with W2 coming this weekend)

Now switching between Astra 1 and Hotbird is fine, but whenever I go to a Sirius channel then switch back to a Astra 1 or Hotbird channel I get a "Service not found" message. The only way Ive found to recover back to the first 2 favourites list is to reboot the box - which takes bl**dy ages loading Gemini off flash (and I though my Echo 3000 booted slow)

Any ideas before I delete all the Sirius channels and settings and start again?

You get the 'service not found' if the dish does not get to the sat in a reasonable time. This also happens if you have not got the sat set up properly in the motor setup list. Does your motor list show all the sats with the position numbers against each sat.

Also does it still happen if you dont use bouquets but just select the sats and channels by down button green button?

Sounds more like your switch than the DB? :? Mine works OK.

Try swapping the cables on the switch and then the LNB allocation in the DB and see if the problem logically follows.

There are loads of LNB settings to fiddle with in the Dreambox if you use the 'Custom' DiSEqC option instead of the bog-standard 1-4 DiSEqC offering.
