hi guys,from my Fortec iv found the tuner init is rubbish.i hate to here somone has with a small dish.dont get me wrong thay work,but there no where near my favered receiver.

did not sanyo and sony use the same parts on some of there models. I believe sony owns sanyo or am i dreaming. there are Betamax forums on yahoo

I checked that mate, the parts are not interchangeable. Not that it matters now as the Beta VCR is long gone now. I never managed to get a working part so it went in the bin
