Default 64 LNBs on a DiSEqC switching setup? Oh yes...

I keep meaning to post this too, and then keep losing the URL, so this time I'm going to nail it

I'll write this up myself at some point and track down all the hardware to build one. Yeah, right.

Yes, it's been said... :roflmao:

This is the baby you need. In mode 1 it will do 16 LNBs if you hang a standard 4-way DiSEqC switch off each output.

Spaun SUR 420

You can introduce another 'layer' in the cascade (i.e. another 4 Spaun SUR 420's) and go to the crazy 64 level, that's 4 x 4 x 4 = 64

A two-way at the lower level (Spaun SUR 220) would give you 2 x 4 x 4 = 32 LNBs

This would probably solve jontydog's monobloc cascading problem. A SUR 220 at the bottom of the stack, and the two monoblocs at the top. :?

64 LNBs... madness...

I dont have enough time to deal with the dozen or so sats I have now. I deleted all the others as being of no interest to me.

Yeah, but just one SUR 220 should run both your monoblocs, and would be super cool

You can add the rest after your divorce comes through :roflmao:
