Default Analogue question

I've got an old Pace MSS 100 which I only use for watching the International Eurosport in English.
The original channels had not been updated, theres no manual and no 9 pin socket so I dont know how to, but there are lots of blanks where analogue transmission has ceased!

Today after the cycle racing I uploaded my Comag SL55 with .sdx files from SatcoDX thanks to your info.
I restored all my German favourites which I'd lost after I foolishly did a spanish update in early summer leaving me mostly spanish speaking stations.

I've gained a host of new watchable channels BUT I've lost my Eurosport on the analogue box, and gained some new channels there too.
I failed to edit or prune the SatcoDX info after downloading it, so it also contained analogue TV and Radio.
I have the incoming LNB coax into the Comag and an RF loop to the Pace box and I believe the analogue was updated this way.
Something new took over the No 1 slot where I had Eurosport and although its on the SatcoDX list I cant find it on the Pace box.

As its in the SatcoDX list I have on file, how can I isolate it and transfer it to the Pace box please?

How did you update the Comag with the SatcoDX file?

I have no idea how the Pace box got updated. That's new one on me :?

You have to update the Pace box manually - it predates automatic updates by years. Ive nevaer heard of a situation like yours happening before. From memory you access the tuning function by pressing menu 5 or something like that. Eurosport is 11259V

Thats it! Menu button 5. I remember pressing that, it must have been updating quietly while I was jiggling with cables and switches etc. So its not seepage of analogue data from the Comag to the Pace, as I suspected.
When I posted the above the channels on the Pace were higgledy piggledy but now they've reset themselves and Eurosport is back on No1 spot, and its 11259V 7.02, so I'm smiling again and thank you all.

You recommended I use an intelligent smart scart switch to switch between Freeview, Pace and Comag which are all on AV1 but I couldnt afford that and bought a cheaper Maplin version with manual switching.
It works. Well it works better than the A/B switch between Pace and Comag, but the Comag box needs to be switched off to run the Pace, plus theres no fourth scart slot for the DVDR.
So its another example of not listening to the experts, false economy!

Yes, but then you do have to stay within budget sometimes too

With SCART switches, it appears that you really do get what you pay for, although I'm not an expert - just another buyer like yourself
