Default Dreambox Not locking to Signal.

I have been trying to help a m8 to troubleshoot his dreambox on 16E.

I am controlling and investigating via http on a browser. The dreambox is clearing strong fta channels ok but on the digitalb channels, the ber is fluctuating from 0 to high and the signal is fluctuating. The image reports that the signal is locked but it is showing that the encryption is sometimes Irdeto and sometimes Cryptoworks. Unfortunately it is never showing it as Conax so I can understand why it is not decrypting.

The Digitalb channels have a symbol rate of 32000 so is it possible that the lnb is not working at the higher symbol rates? Unfortunately to check the lnb means a climb and substitution. Are there any other free to air channels on other sats that have symbol rates above 30000 so that an easier chech can be made?

I will try to find one but if anyone knows of one it will save a search. Lazy s*d that I am.

Large chunks of DigiTurk at 7E are 30000. including some FTA stuff.

11473V is 33300 in HD, but should give a lock at 10E.

Make sure theres not a dect phone near the receiver or cabling. They can cause all sorts of odd effects. As can car radar detectors if a car with one is parked up nearby...
