hi stick & jim thanks guys on the feed back.the cheeper tv from max tv will handle BBC HD,thay have said so as part of selling point.i have the money here waiting to by,i know this is a bit long winded on this thread.but i want 2 be 100% sure before i by.good point here jim(I would certainly see the screen working with a SD picture before buying)i will ask on this.the 1 from max tv is more my price range,but i could get the 1 from TechniSat then me wife wont be so happy hmmmmmm.still not sure here what 2 do,as i dont want 2 chuck money on somthing i wont be happy with?

hi guys,on the tv side atm there are 2 much going on atm as 2 whats best.so for now im give the thought of getting a new tv up.maybe when the market is more knowen i will re-look.thanks for all veiws on different tvs.

I think that's a wise move TBH m8. There'll be the usual rush of new products for Christmas, and maybe a bargain to be had in the new year, but I think that next spring/summer the smoke will have cleared a little.

hi stick its a shame realy on all the typs of tvs that are flat format & atm.out of all the 1s iv seen the TechniSat was my own favered 1 for its satellite with init.there is a germany mag out there that says its great.but with out a road test before bying its a lot of money @ £2000 ish.i think there going to do a test from dr dish team soon ish.so i will wait & see what c/mass says on this tv,1 thing with him he well say if good or bad.so till this time i put this on hold.
