Default Keys

Hello everyone,

Needing some help!!!

I think I have just begun to master entering keys into my Matrix Reborn CAM using the remote control.
As I understand it, my menu used to list encryption types, you would then enter them eg, viaccess 1, then be given a load of 000000's. I have created the provider id and these have now changed into something like 007c00 etc.
Then I have to enter keys, which i found on various sites across the www. I entered these and lo and behold I was viewing TPS movie channels and m6 music hits on 13 east!! Great, went to bed, following day, turned on and the screen was blank.

I assume keys changed again? I see now that TPS keys change as often as every half hour!! How am I supposed to keep up with that???!!

Is there a 'thing' on my card which automatically changes these keys? Or do i have to put the keys in all the time?

Sorry to be a bit vague!

Also while i'm here, are there some packages which do not change keys as often?? I have access to almost everything from 42 east to 30 west!

Thanks

The pay providers are tighten9ng up on their encryptions, and many of the compromised ones are changing keys regularly. You were lucky TPS stayed open as for an entire eveing - recently they were changing keys every half hour..

TPS is now only worthwhile if you can enter a keybundle which has a weeks worth of keys in it.

I think you can get a week's keybundle for the Dragon CAM, but not the Matrix series.

I briefly owned a Matrix Revolutions cam (Came with my Digiquest Receiver) I couldn't find anything for it. Complete waste of time i thought. :mega: From what i've read the Matrix Reborn isn't much better for updates.

I sold both the receiver and the Matrix Cam and got a technomate 1500 CI+ instead. Much better i thought, as the updates are avaliable for the unit.

Its a case of either getting a better cam or getting a new receiver i'm afraid.
