Default Interesting article on RFID usage in the States - very worrying!

OK, so it's a bit of a rant, and it goes a little bit too far here and there (which is a shame, as it loses some credibility because of it) but this is an interesting read, as is some of the other reading material linked-to at the bottom.

This is scary stuff. How long will it be before we are required to carry ID cards with embedded RFID chips or similar?

Less than 10 years would seem to be a reasonable guess :?

I think 10 years is likely to see every baby in the western world being fitted with an RFID implant, whether we like it or not.

It is all rather daunting. 20 years ago, who would have believed the restrictions we are facing today?
