Default 7W - Nilesat 101/102, Atlantic Bird 4

I was able to get quite a few verticals from 7W in the summer. Even the footie on the horizontals albeit a horribly pixelated picture. That was on my Triax 1.1m dish here in Brighton, UK.

I've just had a look to see what I can get on my motorised Triax TD88 (88cm) dish at one o'clock in the morning.

I can get a watchable picture on three vertical transponders. The last has a little pixelation occasionally.

11823 V
11862 V
12015 V

One snap from each TP attached.

RE 7*west.
Vertical transponders only, 70+strength and 20+quality on equipment as per my signature.
First signs of precipitation signal goes, better reception during the hours of darkness. Had 24/7 reception during the hot summer days in 2006.

Forgot to mention in my previous post, over 100 channels received. My favourite sat for cartoons and films with English dialogue.

That's pretty good going. I'm seriously considering changing my little TD88 for a Gibertini 1m.

Is that a viewable, stable reception of the horizontals at those levels pride21?
