I was able to get quite a few verticals from 7W in the summer. Even the footie on the horizontals albeit a horribly pixelated picture. That was on my Triax 1.1m dish here in Brighton, UK.
I've just had a look to see what I can get on my motorised Triax TD88 (88cm) dish at one o'clock in the morning. I can get a watchable picture on three vertical transponders. The last has a little pixelation occasionally. 11823 V 11862 V 12015 V One snap from each TP attached.

RE 7*west.
Vertical transponders only, 70+strength and 20+quality on equipment as per my signature. First signs of precipitation signal goes, better reception during the hours of darkness. Had 24/7 reception during the hot summer days in 2006. BH |

That's pretty good going. I'm seriously considering changing my little TD88 for a Gibertini 1m.

Is that a viewable, stable reception of the horizontals at those levels pride21?
