Tried to log on this afternoon to be greeted with the following message

Satdudez - The End.
Keep on Rockin in the free world.

I'd like to say a big thanks to each and every member for making this site one of the friendliest hangouts in the satellite scene.
After reading some of the slaggings targeted at Satdudez on another forum I've decided that perhaps 8 years in this hobby is long enough and that it's time to let someone else take the baton and continue the legacy.
The remaining Satdudez admin & moderator team are setting up a new site to replace this one and emails will go out to all members with the new URL when they've completed their work.
I'd like to wish all the members a Merry Christmas & Happy New Year.
Goodbye from me, take care and God bless, it's been emotional, Regards Kink.

In the short time i have been in this hobby i found this forum very useful indeed and nearly as friendly as this one.

Good luck with the new forum guys and Kink thanks for your hard work in the past mate.

I wouldn't be surprised if that's just the shop-window policy.

I have no idea what's going on with Kink. Let's wait and see what happens.

There isn't a lot at satpimps at the moment.

Hopefully it should get better as time goes by.

Do you think we will see Kink again or do you think hes off the scene forever. :?
