Sid, the link that you posted the TV is priced £2509, and the link that I posted the TV is priced £2439.

My question is, why are they two different prices as they seem to have the same specifications?

Or am I mistaken?

They are ridiculous prices.

You could buy a 42 high quality HD panel and a blind scan receiver and a HD receiver and have about £800 left in your pocket.

hi jim,i take your point here m8,i have thought about this 2.iv just been watching dr dish tv from 13e,iv seen a small bit on this tv tech.on the 9th dec there going to do a full report so till then this is on the back burner.even though iv read from mag there report.there is a new blind scan receiver out i like the look of,going to see if i can find a bit more info onit.also there is the eycos that has a HMID port that looked intrseting.so now im re thinking how i will spend & on what from tvs & satellite receivers?
