hi guys,what the law in a club for footie.can somone watch footie by feeds without agg thats fta.i know its different on enc,feed back here would be great.

I think you would stand a much better chance of beating the rap than those pubs who use ART, Nova etc. cards because the law hasn't been tested on this one AFAIK.

At the end of the day, The FAPL sell the PL rights to the highest bidders for each region, and they then have EXCLUSIVE rights to show those games, whether you play dumb about it or not.

In my opinion it's illegal, but as we already know, the law isn't necessarily cut and dried in this area and in this case I think you would stand a very good chance of getting away with it. You could just say that you 'unintentionally' stumbled over it.

That's just my personal opinion. I'm no lawyer.
