fta in French (? Possibly a Senegalese dialect ?) Theres also a strange "bubbling noise" on the audio!

Yes it is being transmitted in a very strange aspect ratio.....

The audio is back to normal although the video technical qualityis woeful - its jittering badly every few seconds.

What equipment do you have? a FTA reciever should do,or press the audio button if you see the picture.

Walk is only fully fta for a few hours a day - its scrambled in Viaccess 2.5 most of the time. It may be that only the audio scrambles- that is quite common on 13E. If so a subscription is needed to get the full audio & video experience

Anglosat is correct,on 13e they spike the audio.

Walf Tv is fully scrambled(both video and audio).
It is free to air,daily at approximately 6.00am and 6.00pm(GMT),when the news is on.
