Mine hasn't gone off. Do you leave it on a digitalb channel to update?

If you have left the receiver on another satellite/channel you may have missed the update signals. Put the receiver on one of the digitalb channels and it should recover ok.

Left it on all last night tuned to Digi+. Still down unfortunately.

Going to contact the company i purchased it off this morning. If they are no help i will have to put a claim in through PayPal. >

I might even name and shame them

Just spoken to the supplier and he tells me it is activated, although he thinks i may have missed the card update which sets the cards expiry date

He has got DigitAlb to resend the card activation sequence so its just a case of wait and see

Sounds like your supplier is at least doing something for you. Fingers crossed.

No idea mate. :?

I'm guessing its on the last day of every month for DigitAlb as thats when the card says the subscription finishes,

I usually leave it on overnight tuned into Digi+ every 3 or 4 days just to be on the safe side

Mine does not seem to update until about the 5th of every month but even though it shows a valid date up to the end of the previous month it still keep working.
