You don't say where you are or what size/type of dish you have, but you may well solve your quality problems with a new LNB. I know you've had it working on Turksat, but LNBs can just get a bit tired over time. Certainly if the LNB is ten years old I would change it without a doubt.

They are very cheap these days, and it's not worth thinking too hard about it. Change it and see. It may do nothing for you, but it may also make all the difference.
