If its a fixed dish, both receivers can operate at the same time, watching different channels and satellites.
If its a motorised dish its a different story but then if its multi lnb its not likely to be motorised is it.

Basically, a good twin LNB should operate exactly like two single LNBs, but pointed at one satellite.
Therefore, if you use half of each twin for different receivers, regardless of whether you use DiSEqC switches or not, and regardless of how many you have, one half of the twin should not care one little bit what's happening on the other half. The perfect marriage!
