All I get is "Windows cannot open this file". Ah well, back to searching for the elusive handbook. I do hate it when my daughter's decide to do a tidy up of my home! Just found a book on vinegar and garlic that went missing over 2 years ago.

You will need winrar to open that file. Shareware (although you can keep on using it after the time expires):

I'll be posting a copy of WinRar in our utilities section in a while. It's a 40 day trial, but you may well find a fix for that on the Internet somewhere.
