Chanels Still Missing - Techwatch: Satellite TV forums, FTA, Cable, Hardware, & Tech forums

Since my last post I have made a number of fresh scans on the transponder, and on the satellite, but I still get the message 'Scrambled' when I try to set up the settings - everything was ok until a few days ago. I have managed to get BBC2 and News24 on a different transponder.
I've also done a scan on 28E with my Silver Crest scanner, and it could not find either BBC3 or BBC4.
Could it be a problem with the tuners software? I've never updated it, as it all seems rather complicated.
The tuner concerned is a Technomate TM-5500 D.

I had them all working on 10773 H as per the picture attached to my previous post.

Which transponder are you expecting to find them on?

Have you scanned 10773 H?

Have you checked your Silvercrest for that transponder too?

Have you checked at a time when 'BBC THREE' and 'BBC FOUR' are actually transmitting (and note spelling, not BBC3/BBC4)?

If you want BBC 3 & BBC 4 you need to do an evening scan - they are part time channels and used by CBeebies and CBBC during the day!
