Be warned - Fox Sports is not an easy channel to get - it gets clobbered by a strong analogue signal on the same frequency from 19E and a stronger digital channel on a similar frequency from 16E itself. A fec of 7/8 also makes it difficult to resolve as theres not enough error correction built in to put the signal back together when its degraded

Many thanks your warning. Is this a problem only when recieving Fox sports in UK or a global problem? I ask because I was just in the Middle East as the reception seemed ok.

Mainly a uk problem - we are out towards the edges of the reception area. You might have been watching a version of Fox Sports carried on a different sat too.

For fox sports on 16e you need to lower your frequencey from 7 gold by 2-3-or 4.by doing this i have no problems in locking out THE CHANNEL

Also make sure 7 gold is not in your channel list before you look for fox sports,or your just keep finding 7 gold.
