Default Don't Tell Nanochickin... Teleport in Silver Spring, Maryland up for sale

As a result of the consolidation of operations following its 2006 acquisition of PanAmSat, Intelsat has announced the upcoming sale of its Silver Spring, Maryland Teleport. The complete transaction will include the assignment of the land and adjacent warehouse-office leases, plus the sale of all the Silver Spring teleport assets. These assets include six antennas ranging in size from 3.8M to 10M.

Intelsat anticipates soliciting offers from industry early in February and to closing with a single party on the sale during the second quarter of 2007. To express interest or for further information, click on the link on Intelsat’s Home Page.

I dont think a v-box would turn one of those.

And anyway Nano would have a bit of difficulty getting a rowing boat big enough to bring a dish that size across the pond. :roflmao:

With a dish that big, you could probably cope with the losses over a transatlantic CT100 run :roflmao:
