Default Unicable LNB?

Just came across this in some magazine. If I got it right, then single-output LNB can be used with 4 receivers via single cable. Is this correct?

Yes, but it's very uncommon and pretty expensive. It never really took off (or at least hasn't yet) - it's been around for two or three years now.

These LNB's contain the SatCR-1 chipset, and can drive up to eight receivers. Multiple band-pass filtering is used, each receiver being assigned one band-pass frequency range.

Inverto do one: _http://www.inverto.tv/ProductsPage.asp?ProductID=89#

Developed by STMicroelectronics, some specs are attached.

Thanks for explanation I thought it might be a good solution instead of running additional cables
