Hallmark Channel(Polish) fta on Hotbird,not quite!
What's this all about? :?
Hallmark Channel dubbed in Polish on Hotbird: labelled as KidsCo PO Enc1p9 12460V 27.5 However,it is superimposed by the following: Sparrowhawk Broadcast Services Network OPerations Center Greenwood Village Colorado,USA I asume its in testing mode,and will encypt. |

Well Sparrowhawk is the company that bought Hallmark last years, so its definitely some sort of test transmission. Very strange though - perhaps the PowerVu encoder for that channel uisnt ready yet, so they are ruining the picture to prevent retransmission.
