Default BYU TV

According to their website - a feed can be accessed here in the UK:

Telstar 12, transponder K14
Feed Type: Ku-Band
Downlink Frequency: 11566 MHz
Downlink Polarization: Horizontal
Data Rate: 5.184 Mb/s
Symbol Rate: 5.6252 MS/s (Depending on your receiver, this may be entered as 5625)
FEC: 1/2

Anyone know how I can do this and what stuff I will need
