For years I have been happily watching (in Blackpool) Eurosport International transmitted from Astra 1C. The signal has now disappeared but I have information that Eurosp.Intl. is still being transmitted in analogue from Astra 1F. Although I have had my Pace Prima run through a frequency search on both H and V polarisations, I still get nothing.
How do I receive transmissions from 1F (which apparently is at 19.2E - the same posn. as 1C)? Help would be appreciated. Regards John |

Hi John.
I've had my analogue kit out this morning having a bit of a scout around on 19.2E. I can't get any reception from the old Eurosport International on 11259 V either. Nor from Sat1 on 11288 V ![]() Eurosport (France) is now transmitted Free To Air in digital though (12343.50MHz, pol.H SR:27500 FEC:3/4 SID:2025 PID:517/112 Dutch,113 English,114 Czech,115 Hungarian). I'm not sure if Eurosport's disappearance is a permanant thing. I'm sure our resident analogue expert will fill us in during his teabreak ![]() I can't find it elsewhere on 19.2E FTA in analogue.
