EbS (Europe By Satellite) to drop Hotbird transmissions
Europe by Satellite, the audiovisual service of the European Union, advises that from 1 March 2007 it will no longer be available via the Eutelsat Hotbird satellite. From that date, the service will only be carried free-to-air on Sirius 2 at 4.8 degrees East, with the following parameters:
Transponder B1 Centre Frequency 11727.480 MHz Polarisation Offset 0 degrees Polarisation State Horizontal FEC Rate 3/4*188/204 Symbolrate 27.5 Megasymbols/s Table of Audio PID Mappings Language PID Original 201 English 202 French 203 German 204 Italian 205 Spanish 206 Greek 207 Portuguese 208 Dutch 209 Danish 210 Finnish 211 Swedish 212 Czech 213 Estonian 214 Latvian 215 Lithuanian 216 Hungarian 217 Maltese 218 Polish 219 Slovakian 220 Slovenian 221 Bulgarian 222 Romanian 223
