I've been looking for a decent DVD recorder with HDD for some time, but can't find one for less than £200 - which is a nominal limit I set myself. I tried a Liteon recorder, but it was rubbish.

If I find one, the whole forum is gonna hear about it

You can get Samsung, LG, JVC and Hitachi with 160GB for that money. Unless, of course you are after DVB-T one - in this case Pioneer 440HX is slightly above your price threshold.
