I doubt anyone on the forum has experience of any sat delivered internet in pakistan. This page might give you a start though:

Two Pakistani companies, that provides satellite internet:

http://www.infomaxdata.com/

If you are looking for DSL, there are many companies that offer DSL upto 1 Mbps. The cheapest one is offered by PTCL (Pakistan's largest telecommunication company, that is a joint venture of UAE based Etisalat and Pakistani government). They offer 1 Mbps with no restriction on data uploaded/downloaded for US$83 per month.
