Default Help with Orbitech Skystat S

Hi, can anyone help.
I have set up the Orbitech Skystat S and although it allows me to see a few channels (all numbered between 350 and 320), on most of the channells I select, I get varying messages, either 'no signal' 'bad signal' or 'service not available'. However, I am sure it has nothing to do with the dish as I have connected a friend's Metronic digibox instead and that picks up the likes of Das Erste, ZDF etc perfectly.
I have tried restoring original setings on the Orbitech, but that did not work.
Any ides.
Thanks
Stephen

Hi Stephen.

Welcome to the forum.

There is next to no information on your kit on the Internet, which is going to make everything so much harder.

Can you give us a full description of all the kit you have in as much detail as possible, tell us roughly where you are, what satellites and channels you're looking for, and tell us exactly what is you can receive.

Also, if you have a manual for your Skystat, it would help if you could scan some or all of it in and post it.

Regards,

STICK
