diapason, what I meant was (I presume you were aiming your post at me) is when I took the test on wireless, my connection to the router was limited to 11Mbps - But my net connection was 13Mbps, BUT when I took it again on Gigabit Ethernet (2000Mbps) I got download speeds of 13Mbps. Catch my drift?
I get a pretty constant 13Mbps, which is only limited if I use wireless and am quite far away from the access point.

Guys, just to point out that SpeedTest is CRAP. I can download on BitTorrent at (at least) 1.1Megabyte/Second (About 9Megabit/Sec) - Speedtest, however, only says I have a 1.5Megabit Connection - Whatever..., ignore what it says and make your own tests.
Oh and by the way, I did stop Bittorrent before I did the test, I'm not a fool. Gav.

LOL, yes - I wouldn't trust it too much. It's only shunting a tiny amount of data up and down the line as part of the test, but my test results were actually quite realistic.
A good hour-long download where you can be happy your transfer isn't being 'throttled' is the best test. I get similar results downloading hundreds of gigabytes of data via newsgroups and IRC, though my upload speed is usually better than stated.
