Hi Will,

No, what I meant was that people had bought replacement MB's for their Dells and fried them due to the pinouts being non Standard ATX (same plug but different voltages on different pins) read the link - it sounds about right - I love Dell machines and install them weekly in networked environments but they use proprietry hardware a lot.

But yes there has been a lot of problems with certain batches of Laptop Batteries, and the recall is still open I believe.
