This thread was split from a PS2 mediacentre thread...
I bought an Action Replay MAX yesterday for the XBOX

I wish. I'm now £15 poorer.

£15 seems about right as long as you get the memory card with it. I paid £12.99 plus p+p for my xbox action replay. Certainly cheaper than getting it chipped

Yes, 8MB memory card included. Hoping to have a go at it this weekend.

Sorry to rub salt into wounds, but last weekend PCWorld were selling Action Replays (for both Xbox and PS2) for 97p! There was a posting about it on HotUKDeals.
![]() Anyway, I wish you luck with you modding Are you planning to go Independence route? In this case you need some PS1 games. I am using demo disc from some magazine. Haven't got a clue on what's on it as it never had a chance to start properly in my PS2 ![]() |

That's a bummer, but I'm not too worried about £15 in the big scheme of things. I've had good value out of the XBOX, and it'll be even better value after I've tweaked it.
I'll do a brief write-up for anyone that hasn't done one before and fancies a go. LOL - I might even start my own thread on it! :roflmao: Think I'm going to go SID/Splinter Cell.

I've got the Classic version, but read that it works OK too. Doh! I'm going to split this thread right now...
