Hi, very new to Satelite setups, I've just ordered a Technomate TM1500ci and a 1.0m motorized dish, but I'm not too sure where I should point the dish to when setting it up.
Should I point the dish to a satelite or set it at 0 point and use the motor to find a satelite, obviously I will have to set the elevation at 28.32 according to my calculations. If it helps my position is Latitude 54.603 Longitude -1.094 Regards Paul... |

Hi Paul. Welcome to Satellite Help
![]() Setting up a motorised satellite dish isn't too difficult, but it's not something you can do blind either. To make sure that the whole lot is covered properly, we've written a comprehensive guide and posted it on this thread. Please have a good read, and ask any questions you may have. Good luck.
