Default Slight delay in sound

As you know from my recent post, I recently set up a system for viewing 13e on a sky mini dish. The picture and sound is of a very good quality but unfortunately the sound seems to be just slightly behind the picture. Would anyone know why and if I could fix the problem?

Thanks again.

Is this on all channels or just one or two. If its all channels the the box may be faulty. If its one ot two then thats to be expected - the technical standards are WOEFUL on some of the tiddly budget services!

Sometimes just flicking channels is enough to straighten it out too.
